Contact us at devoluciones@kamaboo.com and let us know you want to return your KAMABOO mattress. You don't need to give us an explanation. If you didn't like it, no problem.

Place the mattress in the protective plastic cover it came in. No box is necessary; the mattress can be returned open as you received it. However, it must be inside the protective plastic so we can collect it.

You must arrange for the mattress to be shipped with your preferred carrier. IMPORTANT: You will only have to pay the return shipping cost if you didn't like the mattress. In the event of a defective mattress for any reason, the legal warranty applies and the return is free; we will arrange for collection. If you prefer that we handle the return completely, including shipping, we can do so for you. The shipping cost will be deducted from the amount you originally paid, and we will refund you the difference. We will verify that the return is not due to damage from misuse of the mattress and then process the refund. You will receive your money back within a few days, and that's it. It's that easy.
