What makes your mattress different?

Our mattresses are designed to look after you and the planet. They are made in Spain using semi-artisanal methods with natural materials, free from harmful chemicals. What’s more, as they are made to order, we avoid unnecessary waste and ensure that you receive a freshly made product that hasn’t been sitting in a warehouse for months.

Are Kamaboo mattresses completely natural?

Yes, our KAMABOO BIO-NATURAL mattress is made from natural materials, free from toxic compounds and pollutants. It is a 100% natural mattress that is safe for your health.

What are the dimensions of the mattresses?

We offer a wide range of standard widths and lengths, but if you need a custom size, we can make it!

We also manufacture mattresses for camper vans, boats or non-standard shapes. Just ask us.

How long will it take for my Kamaboo mattress to arrive?

As this product is made to order, the usual delivery time is between 7 and 15 working days from confirmation of payment. This process ensures you receive a freshly manufactured product and reduces waste.

What is the warranty on my mattress?

Your Kamaboo mattress comes with a statutory guarantee covering any manufacturing defects. What’s more, we offer a 100-day trial period so you can try it at home with no obligation.

Where is the mattress made?

It is produced in Galicia (Spain) using semi-artisanal methods and made to order, to avoid overproduction and ensure that every mattress is freshly made. Furthermore, it is produced in collaboration with seamstresses from rural areas, thereby promoting local development.

How is the mattress delivered?

The Kamaboo ECO Original mattress is delivered rolled up and vacuum-packed to make it easier to transport and reduce its environmental impact.

• It is wrapped in a sheet of recycled plastic and protected by an FSC-certified recycled cardboard box, which guarantees that it comes from responsibly managed forests.

• Once you have received it, we recommend that you open the packaging carefully and leave the mattress to settle for around 24 hours so that it can fully regain its original shape and volume.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer free delivery to mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, please contact our customer service team to check the specific terms and conditions. For international deliveries, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Can I try out the mattress before I make up my mind?

Yes, you have a 100-night trial period. If it doesn’t meet your expectations during that time, you can return it. Please see the terms and conditions on this website.
