Contact us at devoluciones@kamaboo.com and let us know you want to return your KAMABOO mattress. No explanation is necessary. If you didn't like it, no problem.

Put the mattress back in the protective plastic cover it came in. No box is needed; the mattress can be returned open as is. However, it must be inside the protective plastic cover for collection.

You must arrange for the mattress to be shipped with your preferred carrier. IMPORTANT: You will only have to pay the return shipping cost if you are not satisfied with the mattress. In the case of a defective mattress for any reason, the legal warranty applies and the return is free; we will arrange for its collection.

If you prefer that we handle the return completely, including arranging shipping, we can do that for you. The shipping cost will be deducted from the amount you originally paid, and we will refund you the difference.

We verified that the return was not due to damage caused by misuse of the mattress and proceeded to process the refund of the mattress price.

You receive your money in a few days and that's it. It's that easy.
